CNA students hosted their first Red Cross Blood Drive of the school year on Thursday. Students worked directly with The Red Cross Coorfinator, Kacie Kessler, to help educate staff and students of the benefits and process of having a successful donation experience. They organized student paperwork, provided student support before, during and after their donation as well as help navigate the check-in process. Their hope is to establish life long donors.
Together they collected a total of 40 units with 54 total students and staff attempting to contribute! Each unit will aide in saving 3 or more lives!!
Students will host another drive in January 2025 to continue working towards their goal of 150 units this school year!
