PULSE collaborated with our new ELL instructor, Carla Katchmar, in making "Papel Picados." This is a traditional decoration used for celebrations in Latin America.
Mrs. Katchmar is going to use these little pieces of paper art to decorate her room as she and her students celebrate Independence Days for various countries in Latin America.
Most of these days fall in September.
